1 Introduction and Acceptance

bf345 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the satisfaction of the platform.

3 Account Registration and KYC

Account registration on bf345 requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to provide truthful information and to update your account details promptly should any information change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, bf345 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or valid driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past three months showing your name and residential address.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

5 Deposits

All deposits made to your bf345 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and Bank Transfer via participating banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported institutions.

• Return-to-source policy: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to alternative payment methods are subject to additional verification.
• Wagering requirements: Where a bonus has been credited to your account, any associated wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed from a balance that includes bonus funds.
• Right to withhold: bf345 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

bf345 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms at the point of offer. bf345 does not retroactively modify the wagering requirements applied to an active bonus.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked as separate balances. Real money is wagered first. Bonus funds become available for wagering once real money is exhausted.
• bf345 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player claiming it. Once a bonus has been credited, it will remain available until the stated expiry date.
• Players who open multiple accounts, use third-party payment credentials, or otherwise exploit bonus structures will have all associated bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

• Maximum bet restrictions may apply while playing with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.

8 Game Rules and Fair Play

In all cases where bf345 is found to be liable, the maximum liability of bf345 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

13 Privacy and Data

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a verification request.
• Confirmed age ineligibility — that is, the player is found to be under 21 years of age.

• A request from a regulatory authority, financial intelligence unit, or law enforcement body.
• Extended account inactivity as defined by the platform's dormant account policy.
